At Susan Lugo, we value our stylists and to ensure our benefits, we work very hard to keep costs under control. For this reason, tips for our stylists' outstanding services are accepted in cash only. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but the tradeoff for a growing company and its valued team members is significant. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Payment will be taken after service is complete.

We request that the brow area has not been waxed or tweezed for two weeks or more.

We would also advise that it is best to arrive with no spray tan or tinted moisturizer/makeup on eyebrows and surrounding areas of the face as this may affect the color of your henna.

Please be aware that henna tint can appear darker for the first 24-48 hours after your treatment, and any unwanted residue will wash off when you cleanse your face.

To prolong henna tint we recommend not using makeup wipes, oils, or clarisonic machine over brows for at least two weeks.

If you have any allergies, please make sure to discuss this with your stylist before any treatment.

If you are unable to make it to your appointment, there will be a 24 hour requirement notifying us by phone to cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge.

Same day cancellations and No Shows will be charged full cost of the scheduled service with the credit card on file.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

We do not issue refunds on salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the services received in the salon, please notify us within 3 days of your service. We require that you return to the salon so that your eyebrows can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make an effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling the provided service. Adjustments will be made with no cost to you if corrected within two weeks of initial service.
