A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Payment will be taken after service is complete.
If you are unable to make it to your appointment, there will be a 24 hour requirement notifying us by phone to cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge.
Same day cancellations and No Shows will be charged full cost of the scheduled service with the credit card on file.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE + AFTER EVERY APPOINTMENT
We request that the brow area has not been waxed or tweezed for two weeks or more.
We would also advise that it is best to arrive with no spray tan or tinted moisturizer/makeup on eyebrows and surrounding areas of face as this may alter the color of your henna tint. Please refrain from spray tanning for at least one day after henna treatment.
Please be aware that henna tint can appear darker for the first 24-48 hours after your treatment, and any unwanted residue will wash off when you cleanse your face.
To prolong henna tint we recommend not using using makeup wipes, oils or clarisonic machine over brows for at least two weeks.
